My Aunt and Uncle T. had extra passes to the zoo and invited Richard and I to go this past Sunday. (Big thanks!) I haven't actually been to the zoo since I was really young and Rich hasn't gone since he was a kid either. We were going to go a couple weeks back since the passes have an expiration date, but the snow got in the way. We did end up heading out this past Sunday and although it wasn't really snowing, it was really, really cold and windy. Brr! I kept on thinking 'this is what it was like trekking in around in Arizona!'. We arrived at around 1:30pm and had 3 hours to explore, which isn't really a lot of time since I take a bazillion photos. Ha! We made it through over half of the park before closing, which was pretty good considering how darn cold it was. I had a lot of fun and totally want to go again once it gets a bit warmer! I really enjoyed seeing the primates as well as the otters. So cute!
Go here to see the rest of the photos. There are nearly two hundred, I kid you not!
