Lazy girl pasta! Simply a cream sauce made of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, cheese and whatever spices/herbs you desire. I added some of those new dried chilies we got too. I reconstituted them in hot water then fried them up with a bit of minced garlic and olive oil on low to let the flavours mingle and infuse. In the end, they just weren't spicy enough! Whats up with that? I added the seeds and everything. I think I might try battering them up, frying them and eating them just like that...good idea?
Oh by the way, I put some seeds in on a wet paper towel and in a zip top baggie last week and now they're germinating!
I made a little snack/dessert this weekend, which was really just a muffin recipe converted vegan and poured into a loaf pan instead of muffin cups. I added blueberries as well as diced strawberries so there's little hidden purple and pink gems inside! My favourite part would have to be the crunchy top. I'm a muffin top kinda gal. I will eat the top and leave the rest! Muahaha, you can have the bottom if you want.
I will probably make this again sometime in the week or the next. Perhaps I'll tweak it a little more to make it lower in fat and some how incorporate oats and flax and other healthy things into it. Until then, no recipe. <3
