I made this cute little triple layer, 5" cake for Rich's birthday last week. It's a dark chocolate cake with salted whipped peanut butter frosting inside and covered in chocolate frosting. It was so moist and rich and delicious (vegan too, obvs.)! I love my mini cake pan. It's the perfect size for two people (plus left overs), or up to five, even six servings. Yum, yum, yum!
