This was brunch made with the eggless (vegan) challah I baked. It took two of us to make this meal, with Rich on fruit and maple syrup duty and me doing the dip and fry! Whoohoo, team work! I need to make this again, as soon as possible.
I am kind of loving using yeast and baking breads. Tonight I made a batch of pizza dough for three. Pizza on the weekend, yum! Have a fabulous weekend, guys. xo
