This is what I did with them! Marinated in two flavours (chili lime and my random Italian dressing mix), then bagged and frozen. |
But before I frozen them ALL, I saved two pieces for dinner. One of each flavour. |
Pan fried them with sliced onions |

The onions caramelized while the pork cooked. All the juices got to intermingle! |
I added a small slice of whole wheat pita and that was dinner in about 10 minutes! |
So yummy and SO FILLING. Seriously, two pork chops is way too much. I have no idea what I was thinking, but this entire meal was delicious! Fast and delicious. I couldn't as for more. You'll notice that I have no greens. But there was! A big bowl of baby spinach which I added some of those caramelized onions to along with some blue cheese dressing. /drooling!
