A turkey sandwich in August |

I started with two slices of whole wheat bread, toasted. Slathered grape jam on one and blue cheese dressing on the other. |

Heated up the left overs in the microwave, turkey and stuffing! |

Added a couple onion slices and piled on the turkey meat. Salt and peppered. |

Found some baby spinach, so I added that too. |

Carefully, with speed and accuracy- flip one side on top of the other and press, cut and... |

Serve! Glorious. Flavour party in my mouth. |

It was warm, sweet, savory and full of yummy flavours! |
It was gone in literally 2 minutes and then I chugged three glasses of cold water because I felt like I couldn't breathe from inhaling an entire sandwich...in 2 minutes. Yep! Did I mention that I ate this between lunch and dinner? It was "linner" and as a result, I was too full consume anything else for the rest of the evening.
Unheard of!
