Looks like Tank will be fine and dandy after all! After her health scare back in early April, she's finally looking better and a little more herself. Exciting news, because I seriously thought that she was going to die from not only her skin infection/illness but from not eating. On the contrary, I'm happy to report that she's now eating like a piggy and gaining her weight back...surprisingly quick. She's up and running around, due to a profound amount of reserved energy and excitement and especially because we've recently taken her cone of shame off.
(She's wearing it in these photos upside down to prevent her from licking the medication off and over grooming. Plus, she's more playful when she doesn't have that thing around her head.)
So, aside from looking a little like a sphynx/Gollum I'm happy to report that Tank is 98% better and fuzzy as a peach. Like, really...her head and neck are so soft and fuzzy with baby fur it's crazy. I can't stop smooshing her face. She feels like velvet! Funny thing though- after getting sick and then getting better, her voice changed. She talks like a little kitten, super high pitched and it sounds more like "mer, mer, mer" rather than "meow". Ugh, I love her to bits.

P.S. Knock on wood! ;)
